With a deep-rooted passion for women’s sports, Jenna is committed to challenging the traditional sports partnership model, shifting the focus toward equitable opportunities for female athletes both on and off the field.
Jenna’s extensive background in sports management, combined with her sharp strategic vision, has allowed her to build a career that bridges the gap between athletes and brands. Before founding Tantamount, she worked with top professional sports teams and leagues, including the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Rowdies, League One Volleyball, and the Orlando Magic. Additionally, her experience in global sports tech investment with Advantage, uniquely positions her to understand the intersection of sports, technology, and emerging brands - great for GEN Z athletes.
